Just checked CVSDude.com and they have a blog. This week alone, they’ve had several instances of site-level downtime as well as problems with people accessing their code repositories and trac or bugzilla accounts.

I haven't started a trail for CVSDude yet...I think we're going to get the infrastructure set up using Wush.net for starters, and then slowly evaluate other options once we're underway. I'd love to give CVSDude a chance at some time so I can see the uptime for myself.

Do you work for CVSDude, or are you just another satisfied customer?

CVSDude works hard to keep its customers in the loop at all times, maintains >99.99% monthly uptime, and gets many positive reviews on this . There is also a live Status Reporting page (link from cvsdude.com), and a full-time team of friendly engineers on hand for support. Better to test out for yourself though- did you start a Trial?
